Phineas and Ferb

Ryan loves Phineas and Ferb. It is a cartoon on the Disney channel! Ryan decided to draw Ferb in the driveway and I think he did an excellent job! Way to go Ry!

Grandma McCarthy's

Last Saturday, Fred, the boys and I joined my Mom, Dad, Trish, Kennedy and Cooper at Grandma McCarthy's! My Mom, Trish and I worked on Gram's flower beds pulling weeds and mulching. Trish and Mom also weed wacked. When we were done things were looking good! We had spaghetti and meatballs for lunch- that Dad made and that was delicious! James, Olivia and Lucas were at Gram's too! It was nice seeing everyone! The boys were so excited to see Gram- I was too! It was a great day! Love you Gram!

P.S. Do you see Ryan riding the big wheel? He is about to go down the little hill by the stairs in the backyard....I used to do this when I was his age...I am so glad that he can experience the fun that I did! Now...how about busting out a ladder and a couple of sleds and riding that down the hill? That was a blast! Although as I remember we broke the ladder and we got in trouble but it definitely was sooooo worth it!

Mother's Day Tea

I took the afternoon off of work last Friday to go to Mother's Day Tea with Ryan in his kindergarten class. Ryan was supposed to dress up for the day and decided to wear the suit he wore for Easter. What a handsome little man! When I got to his classroom I received many special gifts, a corsage made out of beads and a pin in shape of flowers and several wonderful colored pictures and sayings about Mom's. He said he wants to serve me breakfast in bed and he will clean up the mess....we shall see about that! While we did not have tea, the cupcakes that we decorated and the punch were delicious! I enjoyed my day with Ryan! Cooper's class performed their play (The Princess and the Pizza) for the parents in his class and Papa brought Landon to see it. Landon absolutely loved it! Then at the end of the day Papa brought Landon over to Ryan's class to see us! Ree Ree and Mee Mee also came into Ryan's classroom to say hello! I ended up bringing Cooper home with us to play and Ree Ree brought home Landon with her. She eventually brought him home after they stopped at Dollar General and Landon begged for Ree Ree to buy him Mac and Cheese and Batman socks! What a con artist!

Stomach Bug, and Chicken Pox and Pink Eye, Oh My!

In the past two and a half weeks we have been bombarded by GERMS! Yuck! Before our trip to Pennsylvania, Landon had the stomach bug and then while we were on our trip to Pennsylvania Ryan spent one full night in the bathroom throwing up! Then last week Landon got 12 chicken pox, yes just 12! Then this week Ryan woke up one morning with both eyes glued shut- PINK EYE! I have had enough of the sicknesses! So....to you Germs out there, "Please Go Away! The Hamilton Family has had enough!"
