Ryan & Cooper's Class Trip

This year I got to go on Ryan's class trip and it involved all three kindergarten classes so I got to hang out with Cooper and Kevin for the day. The little girl in the pictures is Allessandra from Ryan's class- what a wonderful girl to have all day! The Buffalo Zoo was fun and the kids enjoyed themselves! Check out Cooper's face- he bit it on a skateboard a few days earlier and his face was all scabbed up.
Ryan's favorite animal of the day was of course the Rhino's!

July 6, 2009- Rochester Zoo!

Today we went to the Rochester Zoo. The boys would go to the zoo every day, they love it. I admit though I am a big fan myself! Today we saw "Laska," a 10 year old, 500 pound White Bengal Tiger. He is absolutely beautiful! He is on loan at the Rochester Zoo until Labor Day. I will be sad to see him go. Research says that there is a 1 in 10,000 chance that a white tiger will occur. They don't survive in the wild but they do in captivity. Anyway... he is my favorite at the zoo. Ryan's favorite animals are the beaded lizrad and the Gila Monster, both venemous. He is so intrigued by them. Landon loves the elephants and rhinos.
