Merry Christmas

The Hamilton's had a very Merry Christmas! We were very fortunate to see Santa and Mrs. Claus this year and Skeeter our Elf was back! Skeeter hid in many different and exciting places and sometimes he was very hard to find! We all had fun looking for him each day (Who said I needed the "real" Elf on the Shelf? My boys go by the real one that costs $30 still in the store and say how they like our Elf better!). The boys received some really wonderful gifts- Ryan all WWE and hockey stuff and Landon- Jake and the Neverland Pirates and Spiderman/Batman stuff! Thank you everyone for all the wonderful presents! On Christmas Eve we were at Fred's Dad and step-mom Cindy's house for a fun afternoon of good eats and our present swap. Then we headed over to my parents for dinner and then finally over to our neighbors for the reading of the Night Before Christmas and a quick visit from Santa himself! Then Christmas morning, my Mom and Dad came over for breakfast and to watch the boys open gifts. Then at about 2:00 we went to their house and had dinner and a present swap there! On the 28th of December we went to Fred's sister Nicole's and had dinner and snacks and exchanged presents with them! It was an exhausting whirlwind but fun as well! Overall, we were grateful that we had family and friends to share the holidays with and the boys learned so much about helping others. They both on their own wanted and did donate money to Anna's Wish to help children with cancer have a really nice Christmas. I was very proud of them! As you read this I hope your Christmas was wonderful and you have a happy and healthy New Year!
