Swimming

On Tuesday, I took the morning off from work and took Ryan to school at the YMCA. Trish and I then went to our little mall across the street from the YMCA and sat at a little cafe and had hot chocolate, coffee and cookies. It was nice to just sit and chat for a little bit. We then went back to school at 10 and helped the boys get ready for swimming. They are both swimming pretty well. Cooper is braver than Ryan and is able to jump off the starting block into the deep end by himself. Ryan is okay with getting lowered into the pool by his teachers. I am sure Ryan will do it when he feels ready! It is so much fun watching them, I wish I could do it every Tuesday!

Papa sighting in Florida

Papa was spotted hanging out with Aunt Julie today at Uncle Eddie's beach (Papa says it's white sand snow - we have decided that a little white sand snow here is just what we need - look at that sunset too!). We are sure they are soaking up the sun and perhaps sipping a few refreshing beverages. We are hoping that they are having a blast and enjoying each others company! We miss you Papa! Kennedy's Lost a Tooth

Kennedy lost her very first tooth on Saturday. She told Trish to just pull it out, apparently it has been loose for awhile now. Trish helped a little bit and the tooth came right out. Kennedy put it under her pillow and when she woke up this morning she found $5.00 from the Tooth Fairy! Wow, that Tooth Fairy has come into a little bit of money since I was a kid and Papa said that he didn't think that he had even gotten $5.00 for all his baby teeth! Ryan asked me if Kennedy was a grown up now that she lost a tooth! How cute! Well, Congratulations Kennedy, you are getting to be such a big girl! We love you!

Papa sighting in North Carolina

Papa was seen in North Carolina at a Duke basketball game with Aunt Jackie. He of course had to purchase some new clothes for the game and we think it helped because Duke kicked butt! They won against VA Tech 62-46. Go Duke! He got his picture taken with a crazy towel guy in the background (we aren't sure what the crazy towel guy did but he was noteworthy by Aunt Jackie) and he got to see his girl Abbey! Papa we hope you are having fun! We are missing you and wish we were there with you instead of being here in the arctic freeze. Send us some warm weather, we are incredibly cold! WE MISS OUR PAPA

Papa left town on Wednesday to go visit with Aunt Jackie then to Aunt Julie's. We are sure that he is enjoying his time away from the cold weather here but we are sure that he is missing us too. We love you Papa! Have fun and don't forget us! XOXOXOXO - Kennedy, Ryan, Cooper & Landon :)
